When we first contacted Greg and Samantha, we knew we wanted to relocate to the Charleston area, but had no idea where or what type of home we might be able to find for the money we wanted to spend. Needless to say, especially at our age, we were overwhelmed with the task at hand. Greg and Sammi were so methodical in the entire process that it really made all of our decisions so very easy for us. We cannot thank them enough for their patience and hand-holding during our first home buying experience in Charleston. God forbid we move again, but if we do, they will be the first ones we'll call.
